Jim dedicates his practice to representing injured workers in Minnesota workers’ compensation cases that are in all stages of litigation. As such, he represents clients at trials before workers’ compensation judges and if necessary, in appeals before the Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court.

Jim constantly strives to achieve the best possible results for his clients, whether at trial or in arriving at a settlement. His approach to litigation has allowed him to obtain favorable results for his clients.

Prior to his employment at Rodgers Law Office, P.L.L.C., Jim owned and operated a law firm in Park Rapids, Minnesota. This law firm represented individuals and businesses in a variety of legal areas. Jim believes that his experience representing a variety of clients with a wide array of legal issues has been an asset when representing clients in workers’ compensation cases. Jim is often able to use this experience to the advantage of his clients.

Jim resides with his family in Park Rapids, MN. He is willing to meet with clients in the Park Rapids area if traveling to Bemidji is difficult for them.
