Our Staff
Our law firm operates as a team, helping one another to deliver good outcomes for our clients and our legal assistants are an important part of this team.

Molly was born and raised in Bemidji. She played hockey, softball and tennis until she graduated from Bemidji High School. She attended secondary schooling, after which, she became a Certified Nurse Assistant. She first started working with our firm in 2018 until early 2021. She moved to Duluth, MN for a few years and then returned to Bemidji, MN.
She began working for our firm again in April of 2024. She enjoys helping others in all aspects, especially working for our firm as a legal assistant. She looks forward to improving her knowledge as a legal assistant and continuing to help those in need.

Brandon Hanko, Legal Assistant
Brandon graduated, cum laude, from Michigan Technological University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Ecology and Environmental Science. He has spent portions of his career working primarily outdoors as a field biologist and wetland delineator, which entailed collecting data for private companies as well as state and federal entities. Brandon first joined Rodgers Law Office in March 2017 for almost 3 years and then returned in June 2024 after he decided to hang up his work boots and pursue work closer to home in the legal field. He thoroughly enjoys learning about the Minnesota’s Workers’ Compensation system and helping injured workers navigate their way through it.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his daughter and dog and taking in all that northern Minnesota has to offer. His hobbies include hiking, botanizing, cooking, swimming, puzzles, following Minnesota sports teams, and enjoying quality time with family and friends.
