Ms. Rodgers received her Bachelor of Science from Bemidji State University in Environmental Studies emphasizing in Ecosystem Studies and a minor in Wetlands Ecology.
Kristen attended graduate school at Vermont Law School in South Royalton, Vermont. While at Vermont Law School, Kristen was President of the Native American Law Students Association from 2014 to 2016. Kristen was also a Staff Editor and then a Head Notes Editor for the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law. Kristen graduated from Vermont Law School in May 2016 with her Juris Doctor, cum laude and Master of Environmental Law and Policy, cum laude.
Kristen is an active member of WILG. The Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group is a national non-profit membership organization dedicated to representing the interests of millions of workers and their families who, each year, suffer the consequences of workplace injuries and illnesses. The group acts principally to assist attorneys and non-profit groups in advocating the rights of injured workers through education, communication, research, and information gathering. WILG is a network of like-minded advocates for workers’ rights, information and knowledge, a sense of commitment and kinship, and networking to help each other and our clients.
Kristen was sworn in by the Minnesota Supreme Court in October 2016. Kristen practices in the areas of workers’ compensation and injury at Rodgers Law Office. In her free time, Kristen enjoys reading, spending time with her friends and family, and exploring the great outdoors.
